Marlew Shelters ships your order by freight directly from the Rhino Shelter/MDM Products factory in Milford, CT.
There is no middleman involved, keeping your cost as low as we can get it.
When you order a shelter from our site, entering your ZIP code will compute the shipping costs, and add it to your order.
Orders usually ship within three days. If there is a delay in shipping we will contact you.
"MDM Products LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. If within two (2) year from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, MDM Products LLC will repair, replace, or supply any defective part at their option."
"The purchaser must contact MDM Products LLC Customer Service Department and provide a description of the defective part with the original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage. Defective components must be returned to manufacturer freight prepaid as requested under the terms of this warranty."
"This warranty does not cover or apply to: (a) damage due to the product caused by misuse, mishandling, abuse, (b) products not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or recommendations, (c) product not assembled or installed according to manufacturer's instructions, (d) normal wear and tear, (e) acts of God."
"In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages, such as damage to persons or property are not coverable under this warranty, and you should refer to your homeowner's insurance policy as with any other outside structure."
"Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, and in those cases these limitations do not apply."
Return & Cancellations Policy
Cancellations:
Once an order has been entered, it can only be cancelled if requested before shipment. We will refund the amount of your order if a cancellation is sucessful.
Returns:
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from our manufacturer, MDM Products, LLC, 105 Woodmont Road, Milford, CT 06460, USA, and returns will be subject to a restocking charge and the return shipping costs.
We reccomend that you check with your town or residence association before ordering to ensure that our products are allowed in your neighborhood, or to obtain any necessary permits.
We do not accept returns because of permitting or association issues.
Returns that are not in the same box and in new and saleable condition are not accepted.
The judgment of MDM Products, LLC - Rhino Shelter on salability and product condition will be final.
In in every instance, the buyer is responsible for all freight charges - for both deliveries and returns.
